We have carried out several internal communication projects with Banco de Bogotá,one of the most important banking institutions in the country, belonging to Grupo Aval the most influential financial group in Colombia.
Como resultado, creamos conceptos y campañas que se desarrollan a nivel interno con los colaboradores del Banco: convenciones, desarrollo de animaciones para implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, mailings de comunicación interna, boletines para difundir información entre los colaboradores, campañas de incentivos, entre otros.
El with Banco de Bogotá, is one of the largest banks in Colombia by asset size. Its communications program covers more than 12,000 employees from internal and external segments that need to maintain constant and specific communication with the corporate brand.
Creativity
It is necessary to consolidate an identity for each of the bank's internal communication channels to facilitate the flow of information while creating pieces for specific internal communication projects.
We built a different, fresh, and innovative graphic line for each internal communication channel. Thanks to the good results and the client's trust, we supported the communication work for 10 years, participating in different projects where we created digital characters, infographics, posters, and other campaigns.
